What's in it for Sponsors and Vendors?
Our vendors, sponsors and presenters will receive the email list of opted-in attendees, their information in the brochure and marketing materials, and lunch. We are estimating around 150+ to come and are actively seeking ways to get on news stations, fliers in community areas, and word of mouth so the attendance might be higher.

Registration is a MUST to get an accurate headcount for lunch and you will be privy to all updates leading up to the event.

-
Sponsors are entitled to be mentioned in the brochure and marketing materials, space on our resources table, and honorable mentions during the event.
-
Vendors will have a table to display any marketing material/products they wish, listed on our brochure, and lunch. We are limiting it to 20. *pre-screening and approval required.

Standard vendor tables that line the walls and are smaller than what you might be used to. If you wish to have a bigger table, you must rent 2 spaces or consider renting the front of room space. Please view our 2024 event photos as a reference.

Dumpster Direct's Traveling Ads Campaign officially kicks off this Summer. Here's how it works: Local businesses have the opportunity to purchase ad space on their brand-new, clean, 12-yard dumpsters. The largest ad is 12 feet long! Once purchased, they'll have your logo professionally installed by a local wrap company. It will be displayed on the dump trailers for an entire year. Your ad travels throughout Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lebanon, Schuylkill and Northumberland Counties for thousands to see each week.

Froggy 101 is a proud sponsor and will be kicking off our advertising campaign on air for several weeks, getting buzz about Dumpster Direct and the businesses featured on their dumpsters!

Here's how it helps our mission: 10% of each ad sold will go directly to the event and you have the option to receive a vendor table at the event! Please fill out the sponsor sheet or contact Justin to reserve your limited spot!

Our main goal is to educate the general public and get resources in their hands. It would be an honor to have you there.

Thank you for your consideration!
