When Grief Won't Let Go

A 3-week intensive with Yogi Bryan & Death Doula Beth

March 16 - April 2

Mondays & Thursdays

20 spots only

You know that feeling when you're fine, completely fine, and then a song comes on or you see someone who walks like they did, and suddenly you're right back in it?

The heaviness settles in your chest. Your body remembers before your brain catches up. And you think, "I should be past this by now."

Except grief doesn't work on a timeline.

Maybe it's been six months. Maybe two years. Maybe longer. You've done the therapy, read the books, tried the breathing exercises. You're functioning - going to work, making dinner, showing up for people. But underneath? You're so tired of carrying this weight alone.

Is This For You?

This might be exactly what you need if:

  • You're exhausted from white-knuckling your way through

  • You want practical tools, not just talk therapy

  • You're ready to stop pretending you're fine when you're not

If that’s you, you belong here.

What This Actually Is

Six live sessions over three weeks with two guides who know this territory - one who works with the body and nervous system, one who understands ritual and the sacred parts of loss.

Your Guides

Death Doula Beth is a death doula who understands both the practical and sacred sides of loss. She creates space for the messy, complicated, real parts of grieving without trying to fix or rush you. Different approaches, same commitment: showing up honestly for what this work requires.

Yogi Bryan works with hypnosis and somatics - the way grief lives in your body, your breath, your nervous system. He's direct, grounded, and brings tools that actually work outside a meditation cushion.

The Details

When: Mondays & Thursdays, 7:00–8:30pm EST

Dates: March 16 through April 2

Where: Live on Zoom (all sessions recorded)

Size: 20 people maximum

Cost: $497

Small groups matter for this work. You need to be able to breathe, to not perform, to let your guard down. One important thing: this isn't for brand new grief. If your loss is recent - just weeks or a couple months ago - you need something different right now. This is for the grief that's settled in. The kind that's become part of your everyday.

This Probably Isn't For You If...

🚫 Your loss just happened

🚫 You want someone to tell you how to feel better in 5 easy steps

🚫 You're looking to "get over" your grief

Investment: $497

Enrollment opens February 15

Here's the truth: grief doesn't disappear. But how you move through your days with it? That can shift. You don't have to keep doing this alone.
